Unfortunately it appears 1.3.1 did not fix the cron problem. I upgraded and activated 1.3.1 late last night (Au time).
This am I found that cron was failing again. Complete halt.
As soon as I deactivated 1.3.1 cron was ok again.
As I don’t seem to be able to attach a file here I copy all of the txt from php-errors.txt. Hopefully it will help.
